LAGREE Plus Studio Policies & FAQs

  • Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact, full-body workout performed on the Megaformer. Our method is build strength, improve endurance, and enhance flexibility all while placing a strong emphasis on slow, controlled movement. By targeting your stabilizing muscles and endurance muscle fibers, you’ll challenge your body in ways that feel both effective and transformative.

  • Lagree Plus is for all fitness levels. Every class offers modifications and progressions, allowing you to move at your own pace as you build strength and confidence. While there may be an initial adjustment, our instructors are there to guide and support you every step of the way.

    If you experience chronic back pain, joint issues, or have a medical condition, we recommend starting with a private session so we can tailor the experience to your needs.

  • Yes. Most of our classes are designed for all levels unless stated otherwise. We offer a beginner friendly class for those looking for extra guidance as you build strength and familiarity with the method. You can explore the different types of classes available on our schedule.

  • Here's everything you need to know about our studio and your first class:

    • Arrival: New guests: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class. Late entry will not be permitted as new guests require a Megaformer and studio orientation.

      Returning guests: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class. If you are running late, notify us and we will try our best to accommodate. Standby guests will be given your spot in class if you are more than 5 minutes late. If there are no guests on standby, we allow up to 10 minutes for late entry.

    • Grip Socks: Grips socks are required for class and are available for purchase at the front desk.

    • Classes: For the comfort and privacy of all guests, filming is not permitted during class. The instructor’s routine and guidance must be followed. Modifications are always offered to accommodate different fitness levels or injuries.

    • Cafe: Treat yourself after your workout! Pre-order your drink before class and we'll have it ready for you to refuel. 

    • Cancellation: If you need to made changes to your reservation, please do so 10 hours before class by logging into your LAGREE Plus account on the app or website. Late cancellations will result in loss of class credit.

    • Pets: To ensure a focused and clean environment the for all guests, we do not allow pets in the studio and cafe. Service dogs are welcome with proper certification presented to the reception and must remain leashed to the machine during class.

    To provide the best experience for all of our guest, we have a water filling station along with apples and cold lavender towels for you to enjoy after class.  

  • Please consult with your doctor before attending Lagree. If you have approval from your doctor, we recommend taking Blair M.’s classes as she is trained to support pre and postnatal mamas.

  • Yes, we offer both physical and E-gift cards. Gift cards can be purchased in dollar amount format or credit format.

    ** All gift cards are non-refundable. No exceptions. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

General

  • Yes! Grip socks are mandatory on the Megaformer for safety and hygiene reasons.

    If you do not have your own grip socks, we have them available for purchase at the studio before your class.

  • To ensure a focused and clean environment the for all guests, we do not allow pets in the studio and cafe.

    Service dogs are welcome with proper certification presented to the reception and must remain leashed to the machine during class.

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen items.

    Any belongings left behind will be kept in the lost and found. Please let the front desk know if you want to retrieve your belonging from the lost and found.

    Anything unclaimed will be donated if not picked up in one week.

There are no entries after 10 minutes due to disruption to others in class and potential injuries working the body unevenly.

  • We do not allow refunds and do not accept refund requests for price adjustments.

  • Use of a phone during active exercise is prohibited. You may bring your phone into the studios, but please be mindful of people around you and be present. Your studio time is a gift to yourself; make time for you!

    Please feel free to let your instructor know should you require your mobile device for accessibility or medical reasons.

  • While filming during classes is prohibited, you may take your content before or after class.

  • We do not have showers in our studios, but we offer complimentary scented cold towels as well as sweat towels.

Studio Policies

Class Credits + Memberships

  • Lagree is more fun with a friend! You are welcome to bring up to one guest per class. Your guest’s attendance will be charged to your account as a class credit.

    Not valid using the intro offer.

  • Yes. All class packages and memberships can be used across any LAGREE Plus location, giving you the flexibility to move between studios with ease.

  • All memberships have a minimum commitment of two months. After this period, you may cancel at any time by emailing us at least 7 days prior to your next billing date. This allows us to process your request and stop the upcoming renewal.

    Please include your reason for cancellation in your email.

  • Yes! Memberships can be frozen for a maximum of 14 days within a six-month period.

    At the end of each freeze, 6 months must pass before you are eligible for another. Eligibility does not reset if you cancel and purchase a new membership. Your membership start date is the very first date you signed up for your first membership.

    This does not include involuntary freezes, such as studio closures. In the case of an injury, you can request to freeze your membership for the duration of the injury with a doctor’s note. In the case of pregnancy, you can request to freeze your membership for the duration of your pregnancy with a doctor’s note up to 12 months. You must provide a minimum of three (3) days’ notice to ensure your account is not automatically charged.

  • Cancel 10 hours prior to the start of class for a refund of your class credit. If you no-show or late cancel, you will lose your class credit. Changes to your reservation can be made by logging into your LAGREE Plus account on our app or website.

    Late cancellations will result in a loss of class credit.

  • There are 5 spots available on the waitlist per class. If you're on the waitlist—there’s a good chance you’ll get a spot! If you're unsure about your attendance, please remove yourself to avoid losing a class credit.

    You will receive an email and text confirmation if you’ve been moved off the waitlist into the class.

  • Classes are open for booking up to 2 weeks in advance. Membership holders get to enjoy early booking with access to book classes 2.5 weeks in advance.

    If you have a favourite class or a preferred time slot, we recommend booking the class when it opens up to secure your spot on the Mega.

  • To cancel a class, log in to your account through the Lagree Plus app or website. Navigate to your upcoming reservations, select the class, and choose “Cancel Reservation.”

Class Reservations

LAGREE Plus Rewards Program

  • LAGREE Plus Rewards is our loyalty program that to reward you for showing up. Earn points with every interaction like taking classes, referring friends, and making purchases.

    Points can be redeemed for perks, including complimentary classes, retail offers, and more.

  • You’ll automatically join LAGREE Plus Rewards by downloading and signing into your account on the LAGREE Plus app.

    Points begin accumulating once you’ve enrolled, but it cannot be applied retroactively.

  • To redeem points, log in to the Lagree Plus app and navigate to the Rewards tab (present icon).

    Select your desired reward to generate a voucher, which can automatically be applied or through the front desk in-studio depending on the reward. Additional redemption instructions will be detailed on the voucher.

  • Points do not expire. Reward vouchers expire 30 days after redemption. We recommend using your rewards while they’re active.
