THE LAGREE METHOD

The Lagree method is a high-intensity, low-impact exercise. It integrates endurance, strength, core, flexibility, and balance to deliver intense muscle stimulation.

Your slow-twitch muscle fibers are activated through slow and controlled movements against resistance. In just 20 minutes, you can experience fat-burning, muscle mass-building, toning, strengthening, and anti-inflammatory benefits.

ORGANIC CAFE

After an intense session on the Mega, recharge at the in-studio organic café with a range of healthy, rejuvenating snacks, smoothies, and beverages.

The café focuses on providing clean and nutrient-dense options to support your post-workout recovery and overall wellness. The ingredients and products at the cafe are Canadian-sourced with sustainable options, and specialty coffee from local Toronto roasters.
