GUEST EXPERIENCE

Location: Adelaide & Spadina, Yonge & St. Clair

Position: Contract, 30+ hours per week

Reports To: Studio Manager

Start Date: Summer 2026

We’re looking for an outgoing, energetic, and motivated Guest Experience Coordinator to be the face of our studio. You’ll be the first and last person our guests interact with. Your role is essential in creating a warm, welcoming, and fun environment.

LAGREE Plus is Toronto’s first boutique Lagree studio-and-café concept: an elevated, community-driven space for individuals to challenge themselves and connect with like-minded people who value wellness, movement, and mindful living. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet members with warmth, answer questions, and assist with check-in/check-out

  • Provide the highest level of client/customer service and hospitality to all guests

  • Ensure complete knowledge of Mariana Tek system

  • Prepare and make cafe drinks for guests

  • Assist management with day-to-day operations of the studio and retail inventory at end of the month

  • Manage bookings, class credits, and guest inquiries (in-studio and online)

  • Provide studio tours for new members and maintain knowledge of studio offerings, products, policies, and procedures for retail operations

  • Ensure prompt response to studio emails; notify studio manager if needed

  • Actively maintain front-of-house cleanliness, organization, and efficiency

  • Collaborate with instructors and leadership to deliver exceptional service

  • Complete opening and/or closing cleaning checklists

  • Track inventory

  • Perform other studio duties as needed

Ideal Candidate/Qualifications

  • Barista experience (confident in preparing café beverages)

  • 1+ year experience in a client-facing or hospitality role (fitness/wellness is a plus)

  • Available to work a mix early morning, evening, and weekend shifts at both Adelaide and St. Clair locations

  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

  • Outgoing, energetic, and fun. Love creating a 10/10 experience for every guest

  • A motivated team player with a positive attitude with the ability to work independently as well

  • Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional, friendly, and confident speaking with new guests

  • Comfortable learning scheduling software (Experience using Mariana Tek is a plus)

  • Enthusiastic about fitness, wellness, and representing a growing lifestyle brand

  • Be able to move and lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs

  • Bonus: sales-savvy
